WORLDTEAM was founded in 2008 by Sue & Rick Clark. They have run seminars on fighting human trafficking in Thailand & America. Since then, Worldteam has developed the SoCal Restoration Coalition and is networked with over 20 Christian organizations that also fight human trafficking in America. In Thailand, Worldteam joined the San Jai Network, a group of 95 non-profit and mostly Christian organizations that work together in Thailand for the cause of social justice.

In 2015 Sue retired from her position as the Director of the American Language and Culture Institute at Azusa Pacific University. She fights sexual exploitation and human trafficking with her husband Rick. As an international educator, Sue has led numerous teams of students for summer projects in Thailand over the past 20 years. More recently, Sue has helped develop the Traffick Free Azusa project.

Rick is the CEO of TEAM Inc. and has been in Christian ministry as a pastor, evangelist, counselor, and missionary for over 40 years, traveling to and ministering in over 30 nations. Rick’s commitment to Traffick Free Cities has been the culmination of decades of seeking to provide solutions to the worldwide injustice of human trafficking and sexual slavery.

Rick is working on a Doctor of Ministry degree from Harvest Bible University. Sue has studies on her Ph.D. from Biola University in Intercultural Studies. Sue and Rick focus their ministry on Isaiah 61: preaching the good news, healing the broken and setting captives free. Rick and Sue, happily married since 1970, have three children, and eleven grandchildren.
